This solution addresses the core requirements of personalized learning in universities by establishing a comprehensive architecture encompassing data infrastructure, algorithm engines, front-end applications, and security safeguards. It outlines a phased implementation roadmap, offering a practical framework for advancing intelligent talent cultivation in higher education institutions.
