Abstract

In the context of the new era, the separation of labor education and vocational quality cultivation in universities hinders the effectiveness of education. Based on the internal logic and compatibility of the collaborative cultivation of the two, starting from the theoretical basis, this paper establishes systematic, practical, and individualized cultivation principles, sets phased training goals, builds a cultivation system that integrates content, implementation, and guarantee, innovates a collaborative mechanism of multiple entities' linkage, process-based assessment and evaluation, and long-term operation guarantee, providing theoretical support and practical paths for universities to construct a collaborative cultivation model, improve the quality of talent cultivation, and enhance the vocational adaptability of college students.
