Abstract

Currently, the school-enterprise cooperation in many vocational colleges is merely a matter of signing an agreement, and the enterprises' participation is limited to providing some superficial assistance. The students trained by the colleges do not match the actual job requirements of the enterprises, and the cooperation management is also loose and lacks a long-term effective mechanism. Based on this actual situation, exploring an innovative direction for educational model improvement that suits the characteristics of vocational education and also meets the development needs of enterprises, and sorting out the management mechanism for the entire cooperation process, addressing issues such as the single cooperation model, difficulties in implementation, and unclear rights and responsibilities, can to some extent narrow the gap between industry and education, improve the quality of technical and skilled talent training, and also provide some practical and applicable ideas for the long-term advancement of school-enterprise cooperation.
