Abstract

From ancient times to the present, the cultivation of habits has always been a focus and has an impact on a person’s lifetime. Kindergarten daily life activities run through every day of the children, and through the cultivation of daily life routines, children can develop good habits of self-discipline, laying a solid foundation for future learning and life. The “Guidelines for the Learning and Development of Children Aged 3–6” also emphasizes the importance of cultivating good daily habits in young children.
